End-User License Agreement (EULA)

EULA stands for "End User License Agreement," and it applies to the Forest Tab Chrome Extension.

We would like to introduce you to Forest Tab, an extension for the Chrome browser (the "Extension"). PROTABADTECH LTD is the provider of the Extension ("we," "us," or "our"). You acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions by downloading, installing, and using the Extension (the "EULA"). You are not permitted to download or use the Extension if you do not consent to the EULA.

The Issuing of Permissions

We provide you a limited license that allows you to install and use the Extension on any device that you own or control for your own personal use. This license is not exclusive, and it is not transferable, and it is revocable. You are not allowed to use the Extension for any kind of business or financial purpose.

Ownership

The Extension, as well as all intellectual property rights associated with it, belong to PROTABADTECH LTD and its licensors, and will continue to do so in the foreseeable future. The Copyright Act as well as other laws in the United States and other countries provide legal protection for the Extension. The Extension might include some components that belong to a third party, and the use of those components is subject to the terms and conditions that the relevant third-party licensors have stipulated.

Restrictions

You may not:

You are not permitted to make copies, modifications, or derivative works based on the Extension or any portion of it.
You may not distribute the Extension to any third parties in any way, including selling it, transferring it, sublicensing it, or distributing it.
Employ reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling techniques on the Extension or any of its components.
Take out or change any notices of copyright or other proprietary information that are included in the Extension.
Make use of the Extension for any activity that is prohibited or against the law.
Updates We may, on sometimes, release updates to the Extension. These updates may include the correction of bugs, the addition of new functionality, or various other enhancements. You consent to receive these updates and agree to install them as soon as is practicable after receiving them.

Termination

Your permission to use the Extension is only granted to you under the condition that we reserve the right to revoke it at any time and for any reason. If we choose to terminate your license, you are required to immediately stop using the Extension in any capacity and uninstall it from any and all devices that fall under your ownership or control.

The Exclusion of All Warranties

THE EXTENSION IS MADE AVAILABLE "AS IS," WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE EXTENSION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, AND WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INTERRUPTIONS OR ERRORS. IF THERE IS AN INTERRUPTION OR AN ERROR, WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IT.

A Cap on Our Legal Obligations

WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE EXTENSION OR THIS EULA TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. THIS APPLIES EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Normative Legal System

This End-User License Agreement (EULA) will be governed by the laws of the Statement and construed in accordance with those laws, without giving respect to any conflict of laws provisions that may be present.
